电针刺激对心脏手术病人心肌热休克蛋白mRNA基因表达的影响

     [摘要] 观察电针刺激对心脏手术病人心肌细胞热休克蛋白mRNA基因表达的影响。28例ASD病人,随机分为针麻组(组Ⅰ,n=6),针刺加全麻组(组Ⅱ,n=10),和全麻组(组Ⅲ,n=9),于转流前10 min,停转流,停转流30 min,停转流1 h测定CKMB。结果:①3组病人停转流和转流后1h CKMB均较转流前明显增加,但组Ⅲ的升幅明显高于组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ;②针刺组HSP⁷⁰mRNA表达高于对照组(P70mRNA表达作用。

    [Abstract] Purpose To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on myocardial cellular HSP⁷⁰mRNA gene expression in patients undergoing cardiac surgery(ASD).Methods 28 ASD patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,i,e,acupuncture anesthesia group(groupⅠ,n=6),acupuncture combined with general anesthesia group(group Ⅱ,n=10) and general anesthesia group(groupⅢ,n=9).The sample from left atrium at 10 min before CPB,stopping CPB,30 min and 1 h after stopping CPB.Extration of total RNA from myocardial tissue using Reagent Kit.The concentration of mRNA was measured through RTPCR and CKMB was detected.Results After CPB CKMB in the three groups was significantly higher than the value of 10 min before CPB,and CKMB in the group Ⅲ was remarkedly higher than the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ;HSP⁷⁰mRNA expression was found to be higher in the group Ⅰ than that of group Ⅲ at 30 min and 1 h after stopping CPB.Conclusion Electroacupuncture can induce the expression of HSP⁷⁰mRNA in ischemic myocardial tissue of patients undergoing cardiac surgery. ......
