针灸足三里对抗化疗呕吐反应临床研究

    [摘要] 目的: 比较不同针灸方法对抗化疗呕吐的作用特点,为临床上根据不同的病人采用不同的针灸疗法,提供了一定的研究依据。方法:选取足三里穴,分别使用温针灸、针刺和艾灸三种不同的治疗方法,以呕吐症状的积分为主要临床观察指标,以观察针灸足三里穴对抗化疗呕吐反应的临床疗效。 HT5结果:不同的针灸方法,其即时止呕效应和持续止呕效应不尽相同,针刺的即时止呕效应优于温针灸和艾灸,而温针灸的持续止呕效应优于针刺和艾灸。

    Clinical Study on Antagonism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at Zusanli Point on Vomiting Caused by Chemotherapy Shen Guowei,Xiao Yang,Gao Yongkang(Taixing Municipal Peoples Hospital,Jia ngsu 225400)

    [Abstract] Purpose To compare chara cteristics of antagonism of different ac upunctrue and moxibustion methods on vom iting caused by chemotherapy,so as to p r ovide a certain basis for adopting diffe rent acupuncture and moxibustion methods based on diffferent patients. Methods Zusanli (ST36) point was s elected and warm acupmoxibustion,acupun cture and moxibustion were used respecti vely,cumulative score of vomiting symptom was used as main clinical index,and the clinical therapeutic effect of acupunct ure and moxibustion at Zusanli (ST36) po in t on vomiting caused by chemotherapy was observed.Results The tr ansient stopping vomiting effect of acup uncture was superior to those of warm ac upmoxibustion and moxibustion,and the c ontinuous stopping vomiting effect of wa rm acupmoxibustion was superior to tho se of acupuncture and moxibustion.Conclusion Different acu puncture and moxibustion methods have di fferent transient stopping vomiting effe ct and continuous stopping vomiting eff ect. ......
