交感神经敏感线与经络实质

[摘 要] 《内经》的经络包括运行营血的血管性经络和运行卫气的非血管性经络两类,后者即针刺信 号沿皮肤经线的传导过程。本文从五个方面论述了皮肤中确实存在传递针刺信号的通道以及 通道的实质是交感神经敏感线:针刺信号传递或循经感传发生在皮肤中,针刺后皮肤经线交 感递质释放与阻断与经络传导相关,微量的α受体兴奋剂穴位注射模拟出针刺效应,经脉线 为交感神经递质富集线,皮肤中存在特异的儿茶酚胺细胞。最后指出,血管本身是体内最典 型的交感神经及递质敏感通道,因此,交感神经敏感通路是两类经络的共同核心。

Sympathetic Nervous Sensitive Lines and Meridian Essence

[Abstract] Meridians in The Yellow Emperors Intern al Classic include vascular meridians an d nonvascular meridians.The latter is a conductive course of acupuncture signs a long meridian lines on the skin.In the p resent paper,it is described from follow ing five aspects:Pathway of transmitting acupuncture signs exist definitely on t he skin and the essence of the pathway i s sympathetic nervous senstive lines;Tra ns mitting of acupuncture signs or propa ga ted sensation along meridian occurs on t he skin;Release and blokage of sympathet ic neurotransimitters in the meridian li nes on the skin after acupuncture are co rrelated with meridian conduction;Acupoi ntinjection of microquantitative αrece ptor excitant can imitate acupuncture ef fect;Meridians are rich in sympathetic n eurotransmitters;There are specific cell s of catecholamines in the skin.At the l ast,it should be indicated that blood ve ssels are the most typical pathway of sy mpathetic nerve and sensive pathway of n eurotransmitters in the body.Therefore,s ympathetic nerve sensative pathway is th e common core of the two kinds of meridi ans. ......
