神经—肌肉继发性兴奋的时间总和

[摘 要] 实验用离体的坐骨神经—腓肠肌组织和后肢的坐骨神经及其分支、腓肠肌、趾长伸肌—胫前 肌。结果证明,刺激坐骨神经引起的腓肠肌纤维兴奋过程中的去极化电位形成的综合电流能 刺激穿越该肌的神经,引起该神经支配的肌肉继发性兴奋反应。将引起继发性神经—肌肉反 应的刺激电流降至阈值强度,连续2个或更多的脉冲刺激(间隔在10~1000 ms之 间)可发生时间总和的激活反应。这种时间总和效应有助于解释沿经脉感觉慢速迁移现象。

Temporal Summation of Secondary Excitati on in NerveMuscle——Study on Mechanism o f Propagated Sensation Along Meridian(Ⅱ)

[Abstract] Purpose To investigate t he secondary excitation of electrical ac tivity of the muscle on the contiguous n erve.Methods Experiments were performed on isolated and in situ nerve muscle preparation of rats.Results Action potential of muscle is capable of producing excit ation of the nerve adjacent to the muscl e and inducing transmission of excitatio n from the muscle to the nerve.When elec trical current of stimulation inducing n ervemuscle response was lowered to the threshold intensity,continuous two or mo re impulses given in an interval of 10~1 000ms could produce secondary excitation of temporal summation.Conclusion The temporal summation effect of secondary excitation can explain the phenomenon of sensation slow propagating along meridians in TCM . ......
