针灸治疗糖尿病50年重大进展概述
(1.广州中医药大学附属珠海中医院,广东519015;2.江西中医学院针灸系)[摘 要] 将我国近50年来针灸对糖尿病的临床治疗和实验研究的重大进展进行了综述。分别从方法学、治疗学的若干原则以及对糖代谢、胰腺内分泌激素、胰岛素抵抗、神经内分泌免疫网络、主要并发症的作用影响作了系统评价,对新世纪本病治疗的展望提出了建设性意见。

Great Advances of Fifty Years in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Diabetes

[Abstract] In the present paper,recent 50 years great progresses in clinical treatment and experimental studies of diabetes with acupuncture and moxibustion were reviewed.Some principles of methodology and therapeutics and effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on glucometabolism,hormones of pancreas,insulin resistance,nerveendocrineimmune network and main complications are valuated respectively,and prospects for treatment of this disease in the new century are put forward.[Keywords]DiabetesMellitus/acupher;Blood Glucose/metab;Insulin/secret;Insulin Resistance
