(天津中医学院第一附属医院针灸部,天津300193)[摘 要] 应用醒脑开窍针刺(治疗组)治疗小儿脑性瘫痪120例,同时设传统针刺组(对照组)60例以比较疗效。结果表明,治疗组在改善患儿运动功能、提高智商、改善脑动脉血流速度、改善脑地形图等方面均有明显效果,其疗效优于对照组。

    Clinical Study on Treatment of Infantile Cerebral Palsy with Acupuncture for Restoring Consciousness and Inducing Resuscitation

    [Abstract] Purpose To observe therapeutic effects of acupuncture on infantile cerebral palsy.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of infantile cerebral palsy were treated with acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation (treatment group) and 60 cases were treated with traditional acupuncture (control group),and their therapeutic effects were conmpared.Results The treatment group has obvious therapeutic effects in improvement of motor function,increase of intelligence guotient,improvement of blood flow rate of cerebral arteries and brain electric activity mapping,which are superior to those of the control group.Conclusion Acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation has a better therapeutic effect on infantile cerebral palsy. ......
