原穴与脏腑相关性探析

     (北京中医药大学针灸推拿系,北京100029)[摘要] 通过文献整理和实验研究,探讨了原穴和脏腑的相关性。发现五脏原穴与五脏之间具有密切相关的特异性,确实反映五脏的生理功能、病理变化,并用以治疗相应五脏疾患。但不论从文献记载还是从相关的实验研究来看,六腑原穴与六腑无显著的相关特异性,就六腑原穴与六腑下合穴而言,下合穴与六腑的相关性则更突出。因此,将六腑之原穴作为六腑的代表穴位有待商榷。

    Study on Correlativity of Source Points with ZangFu Organs

    [Abstract] Literature an d experimental studies were used to stud y of correlativity between source points and ZangFu organs.Results find that th ere is close correlative specifisity amo ng the source points of the five Zang or gans and the five Zang,which reflect r ea lly physiologic function and pathologica l changes of the five Zangorgans,and ar e used for treatment of diseases corresp onding to five Zangorgans.However,the re is no significant correlative specifisi ty between the source points of the six Fuorgans with the six Fuorgans.As the sourse points of the six Fuorgans com pa red with the lower confluent points of t he six Fuorgans,the correlativity bet we en the lower confluent points with the s ix Fuorgans is more obvious.Therefore ,i t is open to question that the sourse po ints of the six Fuorgans are regarded a s representative points of the six Fu organs. ......
