磁极针对极针刺法治疗面肌痉挛32例疗效观察
(陕西中医学院附属医院针灸科,咸阳712000)[摘 要] 选用带有不同极性的磁极针,采取两 针(N极针和S极针)相距2～3 mm同时平行刺入面部阿是穴的对极针刺法治疗面肌痉 挛。结果:治疗后面肌痉挛每次发作时间明显缩短,发作间隔 时间明显延长,每天发作次数明显减少,总有效率为90.6%。结论:依据磁极针的特点,采取特殊的刺法,对面肌痉挛的治 疗有较好的疗效,进而为使用该针具提供了新思路、新方法。[主题词] 肌痉挛/针灸疗法;磁疗法;磁极针;面部 肌肉
Observation on Therapeutic Effect s of 32 Cases of Facial Spasm Treated wi th Opposite Pole Needling Method of Mag netic Pole Needle

[Abstract] Purpose To approach to t herapeutic methods of facial spasm.Methods Magnetic pole ne edle of different magnetic poles,both N pole needle and S pole needle,at a dista nce of 2～3 cm and parallel to each other ,were inserted into Ashi points on the f ace for treatment of facial spasm.Results After treatment, the lasting time of each attack was sign ificantly shortened,the interval of atta ck was prolonged significantly,and the f requency of attack in each day was reduc ed obviously,the total effective rate be ing 90.6%.Conclusion This therapy has a better therapeutic effect for faci al spasm. ......
