针刺麻醉应用于拔牙术中18例临床观察

    [摘要] 为使药物麻醉禁忌者能无痛拔除患牙 ,采用针刺牙痛穴进行针刺麻醉。

    结果:18例患者全部顺利施术,有效率100%。

    结论:该针麻方法简便、安全,并可提高机体的抗病能力,促进创口愈合,减少后遗疼痛及感染机会。

    Clinical Observation on Applicati on of Acupuncture Anesthesia in Tooth Ex traction

    [Abstract]

    Purpose To observe thera peutic effect of acupuncture anesthesia for tooth extraction.

    Methods Acupuncture at Y atong point was used for tooth extractio n in eighteen cases of forbidden drug an esthesia.

    Results The effective ra te was 100% with successful operation.

    Conclusion The acupunctu re anesthesia is a conveniant and safe m ethod for tooth extraction.It can increa se antidisease capability of the organi sm,promote healing of wound,reduce resid ual pain and infection.
