石学敏院士学术思想探寻

[摘 要] 系统地记述了石学敏教授的学术 思想。在中医理论上,弘扬针灸,倡导正统,首次对14经脉361个穴位的功效主治进行 了系 统的归纳和总结,完善了腧穴学的理论体系;阐发经旨,明辨病候,科学地对十二经脉的病 候体系进行了破译和阐发,确立了治疗大法和针灸处方,发展了经络学理论。在临床上,倡 用"醒神"、"调神"法治疗急危重症;推崇泻血,祛邪扶正;选穴精当,讲究配伍;以神 统针,注重感传;针药合用,力求实效;坚持中西医结合,用夏变夷,融西贯中。

[Abstract] Professor Shi Xuemens academic thought was introduce d.In theories of TCM,he summarizes syst ematically efficiency and indications of 361 acupoints of the 14 channels and ves sels,perfects theoretical system of acup oint science,elucidates conception of ch annels,differentiates symptoms and signs ,scientically elucidates the system of s ymptoms of 12 channels,establishes thera peutic principles and prescriptions of a cupuncture and moxibustion,develops the theory of channels;Clinically,he uses p rinciples of "restoring consciousness"an d "regulating mentality" to treat immine nt and serious diseases,and has agreat esteem for purging blood and strengtheni ng the body resistance to eliminate path ogenic factors;Selects appropriate acupo in ts and pays attention to acupoint prescr iption,pays attention to needling sensat ion propagated along meridians,and combi nes acupuncture with medicines and insis t s on integrated treatment of TCM and wes tern medicine. ......
