穴位注射疗法研究的现状及展望

简要回顾穴注法历程,对穴注法优势及作用方式作了系统分析。针对目前穴注法研究中存在 的问题,提出:分析穴注法针刺样作用、药物作用的主次及其交互作用的性质和大小;探讨 腧穴间、药物间、腧穴与药物间最佳搭配组合方案,以提高穴注法疗效,大力推广穴注法; 阐明穴注法药效反应的循经性等穴注法作用实质问题,是目前穴注法研究的主要任务。穴注 法及其作用实质的研究将推动多个学科的研究。

Studied of acupointinjection therapy we re reviewed and its advantages and actio n types were systematically analysed.In s tudies of acupointinjection therapy at present,it was put forward:to analyse ac upuncturelike action of acupointinject ion,primary and secondary actions of dru gs,and property and intensity of their i nteraction;to study on the best combina tion between acupoint,between medicines, and between acupoints and medicines for increase therapeutic effect;to elucidate essential problems of actions in acupoi ntinjection such as drug effect along m eridians in acupointinjection therapy,e tc. ......
