从手法歧义看补泻手法的实质

    [摘要] 从补泻手法的歧义、矛盾及临床实际应用看出，补泻手法虽然是调节刺激量值的手段之一，但与补泻效应无对应关系。古人对手法的误解并已将手法神化，使后人的研究不能摆脱强调具体招式，这是补泻手法研究多年来无重大进展的根本原因。补泻效应的产生是医者的刺激量值与患者的感应量值相匹配的结果。医者的刺激量值段是相对固定的，所以应将注意力集中到探寻患者的感应量值上，并建立患者个人的、客观的感应量值体系可能才是研究针灸补泻的理性途径。
