针刺耳穴贴压治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

[摘要]目的：探讨针刺耳穴贴压治疗功能性消化不良的疗效及机理。方法：将90例功能性消化不良(FD)患者随机分为针刺耳压组60例、西沙必利组30例，治疗前后进行胃动素(MTL)和胃电图(EGG)检查及疗效对比观察。结果：2组患者MTL、EGG在治疗后组间比较差异无显著性，但治疗组临床疗效、症状积分减少差值、症状改善情况均好于对照组。结论：FD的发病是多因素的，针刺耳压具有双向良性调整作用，是治疗FD的较佳方法。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Plus Auricular Point Sticking on Functional Dyspepsia

[Abstract]Purpose To approach to therapeutic effect and mechanisms of acupuncture plus auricular point sticking for treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods 90 cases of FD were randomly divided into acupuncture plus auricular point sticking group (60 cases) and Cisapride group (30 cases), and blood motilin (MTL) contents, electrogastrogram (EGG) and therapeutic effects were observed before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood MTL content and EGG after treatment, but the treatment group in clinical therapeutic effect, decrease of cumulative score of symptoms and improvement of symptoms was better than the control group. Conclusion Acupuncture plus auricular point sticking has bidirectional and benign regulative action and it is a better therapy for FD. ......
