[摘要] 目的：探讨电针促宫颈成熟的效果与机理。方法：将妊娠晚期大鼠随机分为空白组电针组蓖麻油组和临产组。用高效液相色谱法测定宫颈羟脯氨酸含量，用放射免疫分析法测定羊膜前列腺素E₂(PGE₂)血清白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-8(IL-8)的含量。结果：电针显著降低了宫颈羟脯氨酸含量，显著升高了羊膜PG E₂血清IL-6和IL-8的含量。结论：电针具有促宫颈成熟的作用。其机理可能与升高羊膜 PG E₂血清IL-6和IL-8的含量有关。

    Experimental Study on Acupuncture for Promoting Cervical Ripening in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy in Rats

Hydroxyproline content of cervix uteri was measured by HPLC, prostaglanding E₂ (PGE₂) of amnion, and serum IL-6 and IL-8 contents were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results and Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve cervical ripening,which is related possibly to contents of increase of PGE₂ in amnion,serum IL-6 and IL-8 contents. ......
