[摘 要]查阅32篇论文，对针灸的特殊功能进行两方面的综述。其一针灸的基本特点是作用的方向有双向调节性，可通过穴位的拮抗、手法、配穴、治疗来实现；其二是“自控调节”具有识别应激、调节病理状态、适应原样等，对机体进行平衡调节使“阴平阳秘”。

    Present Situation of Studies on Special Functions of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

    [Abstract] Special functions of acupuncture and moxibustion are summarized from two aspects in 32 papers. Firstly, basic features of acupuncture and moxibustion are bidirectional regulation, treating different diseases through antagonism of acupoints, manipulation methods, combination of acupoints; secondly, “regulation of self-control" can differentiate stress, regulate pathological state and adapt to original state and adjust the balance of the organism and balance of Yin and Yang.

    针灸治病的关键就在于根据疾病的证候属性，调节阴阳盛衰，使机体转归于阴阳互衡恢复其正常的生理功能，从而达到治愈疾病的目的。参与调节的方式、途径、物质基础是什么?一直是针灸原理研究的重点。下面仅就针灸的“双向调节”“自控调节”等特殊功能综述如下。
