[摘 要] 目的：探讨针刺治疗小儿脑瘫的最佳针法。

    方法：采用头针滞针刺法加体针(治疗组)治疗小儿脑瘫150例，同时设头针常规刺法加体针(对照组)70例以比较疗效。结果：治疗组在改善患儿运动功能、提高智商等方面疗效明显优于对照组。结论：头针滞针法治疗小儿脑瘫效果明显。
