[摘 要] 目的：探讨腧穴不同组方对急性胃粘膜损伤大鼠胃粘膜的保护作用。方法：以乙醇造成大鼠胃粘膜损伤后，动态观察针刺"足三里"不同组穴对胃粘膜损伤模型血清及胃粘膜组织中NO和ET含量的影响。结果：NO/ET的平衡与胃粘膜的保护机制有关。电针"足三里"等穴对胃粘膜具有保护作用，尤以"足三里"+"内关"+"中脘"对胃粘膜保护作用最强。
