大鼠“内关”穴注射硝酸甘油缓解心肌缺血作用的研究
[摘 要] 目的:了解"内关"穴注射硝酸甘油(NTG)防治急性心肌缺血( MI)的作用及其机制。方法:静脉注入垂体后叶素(PPT)造成MI模型,以"内关"注入NTG缓解MI的心电图变化为指标,观察保留与切断G6~T2脊神经前后根(VDS)、以及毁损脊神经节(DRG)的影响,并与舌下运用NTG进行比较。结果:切断VDS对"内关"注入NTG缓解MI影响不大,毁损DRG后MI加重并恢复延迟,"内关"比舌下运 用NTG防治MI的持续时间更长。结论:"内关"注射NTG可作为防治冠心病的有效方式之一,"内关"-DRG-心脏间存在不依赖于中枢的神经短反射通路。

Study on Injection of Nitroglycerin into Point "Neiguan" for Alleviat ion of Acute Myocardial Ischemia in Rats

[Abstract] Purpose To investigate the action of injection of nitroglycerin (NTG) into "Neiguan" (PC 6) on acute myocardial ischemia (MI) and the me chanism. Methods Experimental MI model was produced by intraven ous injection of pituitrin. When the ventral and dorsal spinal nerve roots (VDS) at the levels of C6-T2 were excised or dorsal root spinal ganglia (DRG) was de stroyed at the same levels, the effects of injection of nitroglycerin into "Nei guan" (PC 6) on changes of ECG were investigated and compared with that of sublingual ad m inistration of nitroglycerin. Results There were no significant differences in ischemia feature and recovery of ECG after injection of NTG into "Neiguan" before and after excision of VDS. However MI was deteriorated and r ecover y of ECG was delayed after DRG was destroyed. The duration of alleviation of MI c a used by administration NTG into "Neiguan" was longer than that of sublingual a dmin istration of NTG. Conclusion Injection of NTG into "Neiguan" is o ne of the effective methods for alleviation of MI, and there is a reflex pathway of "Neiguan"-DRG-heart which is independent of the central nerve system. ......
