[摘 要]目的：为了深入研究非血管性经络的实质——皮肤交感神经敏感线或皮肤交感物质富集线。方法：以125I-酪氨酸为示踪剂，用宏观放射自显影的方法。结果：显示出大鼠皮肤中存在纵贯全身的系列交感物质分布线，连续清晰，左右对称，在头部和肢体末端形成环路。在沿物质分布线经过的背上部切断皮肤，可以显着阻断针刺“足三里”产生的针刺效应，表明这些交感物质分布线就是针刺信号的传递线。结论：皮肤交感神经敏感线的假说得到了形态学的证明，或者说经络的形态学基础已经显现出来。

    Development of sympathetic substance lines on the skin and its relationship with meridian essence

    ABSTRACT Objective To probe deeply into the essence of non-blood vessel meridians——sympathetic sensitive lines or sympathetic substance-rich lines on the skin.Methods Macro-autoradiography was used with 125 I-tyrosine as tracer in the rat.

    Results A series of sympathetic substance lines passed through the skin of the whole body were displayed, which were continuous, clear, and sym metric, and connected each other in the head and the end of limbs to form loops. When the skin on the upper of the back where the sympathetic substance lines p a ssed was cut, the effect of acupuncture at Zusanli (ST 36) was significantly blo cked, indicating that the sympathetic substance lines on the skin are conduction pathway of the acupuncture signal. Conclusion It is proved by morphology that the essence of merid ians is sympathetic substance lines. ......
