[摘要]目的：寻找治疗多发性梗塞性痴呆的有效方法。方法：选择患者89例，随机分为电围针组57例，西药组32例，对患者治疗前后临床症状、智能情况及综合疗效进行评定。结果：相同疗程后，电围针组与西药组各指标的差异均有非常显着性意义。结论：头颅CT定位围针治疗多发性梗塞性痴呆有一定疗效。
