[摘 要]从四个方面概述了师怀堂先生的“新九针”学术思想和临床经验：(1)禀承岐黄，研制九针，填补了我国近代针具改革史上的一项空白。(2) 辨证施治，活用九针，具体表现在针不同形，作用有别；同病异针，异病同针；虚实寒热，九针调之；多针配合，以求实效；刺法独特，因病而施等方面。(3)治医严谨，德技双馨。(4)着书育人，弘扬九针。

    ABSTRACT Shi Huaitangs clinical experiences and academic thought on “new

    nine needles” were summarized from the four aspects: (1) Develops the nine

    needles, filling in a gap in modern needling tool reform history in our country;

    (2) Tre atment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, and applied

    flexibly the nine needles, manifesting as that needles of different forms have
