[摘 要]目的：探讨针刺对肥胖大鼠海马组织一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的影响。方法：观察针刺治疗前后肥胖大鼠体重、体脂及海马组织NO含量和NOS活性的变化。结果：肥胖大鼠体重、体脂及海马组织NO含量和NOS活性均显着高于正常大鼠水平；大鼠海马组织NO含量和NOS活性与体重和Lee’s指数高度正相关。针刺治疗取得良好减肥疗效。同时，肥胖大鼠海马组织NO含量和NOS活性明显回降。结论：海马组织NO含量和NOS活性异常可能是肥胖发病 因素之一；针刺对肥胖机体海马组织NO含量和NOS活性的良性调整作用，可能是实现减肥效 应的中枢作用机制之一。
