[摘 要]目的：在保留传统药物拔罐特点的基础上，研制新型药物拔罐，以增加药物透入和方便使用。方法：制作自拔双层药罐，观察不同拔罐压力区药物透入情况。药罐带药液塑封包装，微波炉加热后使用。结果：新型药罐使药物透入增加；自拔药罐能够产生拔罐时所需的负压；带药液塑封包装的药罐微波炉加热后，能产生与煮沸药罐相同的温热作用。结论：自拔双层药罐设计合理，能使药物透入增加，方便使用和携带。
