魏稼教授的飞针手法与临床应用*

[摘 要] 魏稼教授师承徐少廷的飞针法，并融入古代“凤凰展翅”与“饿马摇铃”补泻法的临床经验。根据明代杨继洲《针灸大成》载，前者属于捻转泻法，而后者则属于捻转加提插补法。“凤凰展翅”泻法操作重点是：二指夹持针柄，朝一个方向一捻一放4～8次，如瑞鸟展翅状；“饿马摇铃”补法的操作要点是：二指持针柄缓慢轻微摇摆50次，如饿马无力之状。文中附有治验病例，论证了以此法治疗三叉神经痛、胆石症合并胆囊炎、支气管哮喘等均有满意疗效。[主题词] 刺法；名医经验Professor Wei Jia’s flying needling method and clinical application

ABSTRACT Professor Weijia carried out Xu Shaoting’s fl ying ne edling method, and mixed it together with clinical experience of ancient reinfor cing and reducing methods of “phoenix spreading the wings” and “hurgry horse ringing a bell”. According to records in the Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustionwritten by Yang Jizhou in the Ming Dynasty, the former belon gs to r educing method of twirling, and the latter to reinforcing method of twirling, lifting and thrusting. The focal point of the manipulation for the reducing method of “phoenix spreading th e wings”: The needle handle was held with two fingers and the needle was twirli ed and released towards a direction for 4-8 times, like a b ird spreading wings; And for the reinforcing method of “hungry horse ringing a bell”: The needle hand was held by two fingers with slowly and slightly rocked for 50 times, like weakness of hungry horse. The paper introduces effective cases, and proves satisfactory therapeutic effects of this needling method on trigemial neuralgi a, cholecystitis complicated by cholelithiasis, bronchial asthma, etc.. ......
