[摘 要] 循证医学的兴起和发展对临床医学产生了重大的影响，传统医学也不例外。目前从完成的针刺的Cochrane系统评价来看，结果并不令人满意。独具特色的针灸传统医学面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战，如何解决针灸临床所面临的困惑，笔者从提高针灸临床研究水平，重视随机对照试验和非随机研究的系统评价，以及针灸临床如何评价疗效等方面进行了探讨。[主题词] 循证医学^*；针灸疗法；临床医学

    Evidence-based medicine and evaluation of clinical effectivene ss of acupuncture

    ABSTRACT Development of evidence-based medicine has a strong effect on clinical medicine and traditional medicine. At present, the results of completed Cochrane systematic evaluation for acupuncture are not satisfactory. The unique traditional acupuncture therapy faces new challenge and opportunity.
