[摘 要] 针灸学发展缓慢甚至停滞不前的原因，除外部因素外，与其自身存在的缺陷有密切关系，如基础理论认识不够统一，理论指导临床待完善，理论层次欠分明，独门绝技只可意会，医师成长期太长，常见病种所占份额太少，疑难杂症效果欠稳定等。这些因素制约了整个理论体系的现代化进程，并使针灸学无法像其它学科一样按“昨天的理论，今天的技术，明天的产品”的轨迹发展。针灸学发展必须遵循自然科学发展的基本规律，选择“明天的产品”为突破口，具体可从贴敷、诊断治疗器械、针灸血清等目前已崭露苗头的领域开始。[主题词] 针灸学/发展趋势

    On development of acupuncture and moxibustion industrialization

    ABSTRACT Slow development, even stagnation of acupuncture and m oxibustion science is closely related with, besides external causes, own flaws such as incomplete unity of cognition of basic theories, incompletion of theory in directing clinical treatment, unclear levels of theories, unique consummateart or skill can be sensed, but not explained in words, doctor growth needs too long period, commonly-seen diseases account for less, and the effectiveness is untab le for difficult and complicated cases of illness, etc.. These causes restrict the modernization process of the general theoretical system, and can not make acupu ncture and moxibustion develop along the orbit of “yesterday’s theory, today’s technique and tomorrow’s products” like other sciences. Development of acup uncture and moxibustion must follow basical rules of development of natural scie nces, selecting “tomorrow’s products” as a breakthrough point, and beginning from the fields with the suggestion of a new development such as sticking therap y, apparatus for treatment and diagnosis, acup-moxibu stion serum, etc. ......
