     分析认为当机体受到外界免疫刺激后，引发了共刺激信号4-1BB/4-1BBL的异常激活，使两者表达均增高，因此两者呈正相关，这也提示这对共刺激分子表达水平的共同升高可能在OLP的发病中起一定的作用，但具体的机制还需要更深入的研究。
