[摘要] 目的 评价使用铸造陶瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后前磨牙的临床效果。方法 选择94例患者的126颗根管治疗后的前磨牙进行观察，按照牙体缺损严重程度分为轻度缺损和重度缺损，使用铸造陶瓷高嵌体或石英纤维桩加烤瓷冠修复。观察36个月，比较不同组别之间成功率和存活率的差别。结果 在36个月观察期结束时，桩核冠修复组轻度缺损前磨牙的成功率为96.3%，存活率为98.1%，重度缺损前磨牙成功率为88.5%，存活率为96.2%；高嵌体修复组轻度缺损前磨牙的成功率和存活率均为96.6%，重度缺损前磨牙成功率为94.1%，存活率为100%。不同组别之间的成功率和存活率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 就本次观察而言，采用铸造陶瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后的前磨牙是非常可靠的方法。
