A Bi-Convergence Model for Evaluation Index Weight of Grain Industry
Security Based on Triangular Adjustable Fuzzy NumberLI Dong-mei,HE Wei-da(School of Economy and Management, Beijing University of Science and Technology ,Beijing 100083,China) Abstract: During the process of evaluating grain industry security, the identifi cation of index weight is the key to the scientificalness of evaluation results. In the paper, triangular adjustable fuzzy number is adopted to investigate the experts' suggestions, which effectively avoids AHP's problem of consistency chec k. The multi-experts decision is made convergence twice by means of the cluster analysis theory. The first convergence resolves the problems of abnormal value, which reduces the randomicity and subjectivity of the experts' suggestions. The second convergence adopts the similarity coefficient as weight to make comprehen sive weighted of the selected experts' suggestions, which will consequently obta in the more reasonable comprehensive weight.
