广东省10所高校大学生亚健康情况

【摘要】 目的 分析广东省大学生产生亚健康的各 种因素及普遍出现的症状，为制定干预对策提供参考依据。方法 采用20 00年全国亚健康状态调查问卷对广东省10所高校600名大学生进行测试。结果 医学类和非 医学类大学生对亚健康的定义理解差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，对自己健康的关心 程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；不同性别大学生出现的亚健康症状表现排在前4位 的都相同；自我评价为亚健康的比例最高(57.0%)，健康占22.3%，说不清占16.7%，疾 病占4.0%。结论 广东省大学生普遍存在着亚健康的症状。学校应加强 对学生健康的关注，提出干预措施。
