阜阳市40例艾滋病病毒感染儿童感染途径及治疗情况

     【摘要】 目的 了解阜阳市艾滋病病毒感染儿童的 感染途径及治疗情况，为开展艾滋病防治工作提供参考依据。方法 对阜 阳市2001-2006年监测的HIV感染儿童资料进行分析。结果 2001-2006年 阜阳市共报告HIV感染儿童40例，其中2003-2005年确认感染的30例。在40例感染儿童中，12 ～15岁的14例,经母婴途 径感染的28例,接受抗病毒药物治疗的16例。结论 阜阳市HIV儿童主 要感染途径为母婴传播。应加大宣传教育及干预力度，同时增加规范化抗病毒治疗及CD4 细胞检测的比例。
