     【摘要】 目的 比较2005年与1985年安徽省中小学 生生长发育派生指标，研究儿童青少年形态和生理功能发育的变化趋势。方法 比较安徽省2005年与1985年中小学生的体质量指数(BMI)、维尔维克指数和肺活量指 数的差异。结果 7～18岁城乡男女学生2005年BMI、维尔维克指数在多数 年龄组中显著高于1985年，而2005年的肺活量指数显著低于1985年。结论 安徽省中小学生体型向肥胖和粗壮型发展，而肺功能则下降，体格与生理功能发育不平衡 。
