湖北省学生身体素质现况及20年变化趋势分析

     【摘要】 目的 了解湖北省学生身体素质现状及其20年变化趋势,为深入开展学校体育卫生工作提供指导。方法 按照《全国学生体质健康状况调查研究细则》和《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》的要求,以2005年湖北省参加体质健康调研的7 165名7~22岁学生为对象,分析速度、耐力、力量及柔韧性素质,并与1985年调查结果进行比较。结果 2005年城、乡各年龄组身体素质指标不同性别间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男、女生素质指标城乡差异随年龄增长逐渐缩小。与1985年比较,2005年男女生立定跳远、男生斜身引体、女生仰卧起坐成绩有不同程度提高;但男生引体向上、男女50 m×8往返跑、男1 000 m、女800 m及男女坐位体前屈3项指标有所下降,男生的坐位体前屈成绩下降幅度比女生大;男女生50 m跑成绩基本持平。结论 湖北省学生下肢爆发力素质和力量素质指标有所提高,速度、耐力和柔韧性素质指标呈下降趋势。应采取健康教育和体育锻炼等综合措施,提高学生的身体素质。

    【Abstract】 Objective To describe physical status and its changes in students in the last 20 years,so as to provide evidence for school sports education in promoting students' health. MethodsAccording to “Regulations of Investigation and Research on National Students' Physical Health Status” and “Criterion of Students' Physical Health (Trial Version)”,7 165 students aged 7 to 22were surveyed and measured in speed,endurance,strength and flexibility. The changing trend of physical fitness was analyzed by comparing the measurement results in 1985 and in 2005. Results In 2005,there were significant sex differences in general physical fitness(P<0.05),while differences between the urban and the rural students decreased gradually by age. Compared with results in 1985, cross-ups in boys, sit-ups in girls and standing broad jump increased,however, chin-ups in boys,50m×8 back and forth running,800m running(for girls),1000m running(for boys) and standing trunk bending forwards (for both sex) decreased. Moreover,sitting trunk bending forwards in boys decreased more than that in girls. Finally,scores of 50m running in both boys and girls changed little.
