【摘要】 目的 了解哈尔滨市学校应激事件对中学生健康的影响及其程度,为预防中学生健康提供参考。
方法 采用随机抽样的方法,选取哈尔滨市城区和附属乡镇中学一、二年级学生共1324名进行学校应激事件影响情况调查。
结果 1324名被调查者发生过学校应激事件的比例较高,学习压力大、对某些课没有兴趣、被教师批评责骂、与朋友或同学发生纠纷、不喜欢个别教师、学习不感兴趣的发生率较大,分别为62.3%,60.0%,58.8%,57.4%,56.6%,50.5%。其中座位安排不满意、学习不感兴趣和对某些课程没有兴趣、不喜欢个别教师、被教师批评责骂、被教师体罚和因违纪而受处分在性别分布上差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。
结论 中学生存在学校应激事件较为多见,对中学生心理健康影响严重。应引起密切关注,改善青少年的生活环境。

Cross-sectional Study on the Impact on Health State Among School Stress Events of Middle School Students/SUN Li*, ZHANG Zhao,ZHOU Yan-juan, et al.* The Community Health Service Center of Pingfang District, Harbin(150000), China
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact and degree of school stress events on the health of middle school students, and to provide evidence for health education measure. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was used, and 1 324 middle school students from grade 1 and 2 in district and town of Harbin took part in the survey. ResultsAll the 1 324 students, relative high proportion stress events occurrence and high learning pressure, no interests on some courses, criticized or scolded by the teachers, disputed with friends or classmates, dislike some specific teachers, no interests on study had a higher incidence, 62.3%, 60.0%, 58.8%, 57.4%, 56.6%, 50.5%,respectively. Among these events, five factors including dissatisfied with seating arrangement, no interests on study and on some courses, dislike some specific teachers, criticized or scolded by the teachers, corporal punishment by teachers were significantly different in the gender distribution(P<0.05). ConclusionThere existing some school stress events among the middle school students, which had a serious impacts on mental heath of students. We should pay more attention to them andimprove their living environment.
