某理工科院校280例心理咨询案例分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 了解大学生心理问题的类型和特点,为高校有针对性地开展心理咨询工作提供依据。方法 对2008年9月至2009年7月某高校心理咨询中心280例学生咨询记录进行统计分析。结果 大学生咨询的主要问题为恋爱50人(17.9%)、人际关系46人(16.4%)和情绪41人(14.6%)。其中失恋16人(32.0%)和两性相处10人(16.0%)是咨询较多的恋爱问题;害怕与他人交往19人(41.3%)和与同学相处矛盾15人(32.6%)是咨询较多的人际关系问题;情绪低落9人(22.0%)、情绪波动大9人(22.0%)及因挫折带来的心理压力8人(19.5%)是咨询较多的情绪问题。结论 高校应采取各种应对措施帮助学生解决心理问题,提高学生的心理健康水平。

Analysis on 280 College Students of Mental Counseling Contents of Science and Technology College Students/LI Li. Jiangxi Science and Technolgy University, Ganzhou (341000),Jiangxi Province,China
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the different types and characteristics of the counseling contents of science and technology students, and to provide evidence for developing the psychological counseling. Methods 280 counseling notes of science and technology college students from Sep 2008 to June 2009 in science and technology university. Results The love(50, 17.9%) and interpersonal relation(46, 16.4%) and emotional problem(41, 14.6%) were the most serious among the counseling contents of science and technology college students. Falling out of love(16, 32.0%) and gender's relationship(10, 16.0%) were common love problems. Fear of contact(19, 41.3%) and how to deal with the conflict(15, 32.6%) between students were common interpersonal problems. Depression(9, 22.0%), mood fluctuation(9, 22.0%) and frustration of the psychological pressure (8, 19.5%) were common emotion problems. Conclusion Colleges and universities should take various measures to help students solve mental problems and improve students' mental health.

根据一项对全国12.6万名大学生为对象的调查显示,有中等程度心理问题的学生比例约为20%[1-2]。在现实中,由于心理问题引发的大学生退学、休学、自杀、危害他人与社会的现象屡见不鲜,说明在大学生中广泛推广心理健康教育迫在眉睫。为更好地了解大学生的心理特点,笔者对某高校心理咨询中心2008年9月至2009年7月280例来访者的咨询记录进行分析,以期对心理健康教育和咨询工作提供参考依据。
1 对象与方法
1.1 对象 2008年9月至2009年7月一学年中某高校心理咨询中心学生的咨询记录,共接待来访学生280人,其中男生164人,女生116人。
1.2 方法 统计汇总来访者的咨询记录,使用SPSS 10.0软件进行分析。
2 结果
2.1 大学生最常见的心理咨询问题 寻求心理咨询帮助的学生当中有18人患有严重心理障碍,包括抑郁症、强迫症、暴食症、疑病症等神经症、人格障碍和精神类疾病,这些学生有的在入校之前就曾患病,因此,大都转到医院进行治疗或处于密切关注状态中 ......
