南宁大中专学生甲型H1N1流感认知及其心理应激反应分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的 了解发生甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的大中专学校的学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知和心理应激反应,探讨其影响因素。方法 选择南宁市部分发生甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情的大中专学校,对所选学校的1 995名学生进行甲型H1N1流感认知和心理状态的现况调查。结果 大中专学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知得分为(16.15±1.78)分,患者、密切接触者、继续居住在原宿舍的学生3组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学生SCL-90总均分为(1.56±0.53)分,SAS标准分为(54.95±17.06)分。多因素分析显示性别、文化程度、甲型H1N1流感认知和对甲型H1N1流感的关注程度是甲型H1N1流感流行期学生心理卫生状况的影响因素。结论 大中专学生对甲型H1N1流感的认知程度较高,但存在一定程度的焦虑和恐慌等心理问题,有必要提高对突发公共卫生事件的心理抵抗能力。

    Cognition and Psychology of College and Secondary School Students to Influenza A (H1N1) in Epidemic Area/LIN Jian-yan, GUO Ze-qiang, GAN Wen-ye, et al. Nanning Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Nanning(530011), China

    【Abstract】 Objective To describe the cognition and psychology of students to influenza A (H1N1) and to explore relative factors in college and secondary schools with epidemic outbreak. Methods A cross-sectional study about cognition and psychology was conducted among 1 995 students of college and secondary schools with epidemic outbreak. Results The level of knowledge about influenza A (H1N1) in students of college and secondary schools was high, and the score was (16.15±1.78). There was not significant difference about the level of knowledge among patients, people who close contacted with patients and students who resided in original dormitories(P>0.05). The total mean score of SCL-90 in the objective group was(1.56±0.53); The standard score of SAS was(54.95±17.06). Multivariable analysis showed that gender, educational level, cognition to influenza A (H1N1) and degree of concern to influenza A (H1N1) were the factors affecting the psychological status of students in epidemic period. Conclusion The cognition of students in college and secondary schools to influenza A (H1N1) is high. But some students are afraid of or worried about influenza A (H1N1). So it is necessary to improve the ability to stress response to the emergency of public health.
