大学生高尿酸血症高血压患病情况及其与血脂关系分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 分析大学生高尿酸血症(HUA)和高血压患病率及其与血脂的关系，为开展保健教育工作提供参考。方法 对右江民族医学院部分在校大学生测定血尿酸(SUA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)和低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)，同时测量血压(BP)，用多因素方差分析高血压和HUA的关系。结果 受检者HUA患病率为4.7%，血尿酸增高患病率为6.0%，高血压患病率为9.5%。单纯血尿酸增高、单纯HUA、单纯高血压、高血压伴血尿酸增高和高血压伴HUA者TC，TG，LDLC均值高于正常组(P值均<0.01)，TC，TG，HDLC，LDLC异常率也高于正常组(P值均<0.01)；HDLC均值低于正常组(P<0.01)。结论 大学生HUA和高血压患病率较高，血脂代谢紊乱是HUA和高血压的共同发病基础，血尿酸增高和高血压与动脉粥样硬化疾病的发生发展密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of hyperuricaemia and hypertension and the relationship between blood lipid in the college students, and to provide reference for the health care. Methods Parts of the students of the Youjiang Medical College for Nationality were determined for the blood uric acid (SUA), the total cholesterol (TC), the triglyceride (TG), the high density lipoprotein (HDLC) and the low density lipoprotein (LDLC), the blood pressure (BP) was tested. The relevance between hypertension and hyperuricaemia was analyzed by multi-factor analysis. Results The morbidity of HUA was 4.7%, rising SUA was 6.0% and hypertension was 9.5%. In various groups of simple rising SUA, simple hyperuricaemia, simple hypertension, hypertension associated with rising SUA and hypertension associated with hyperuricaemia, with the level of TC, TG, LDLC were all higher than that the normal group(P<0.01). The abnormality rate of patient's TC, TG, HDLC, LDLC was also higher than the normal group(P<0.01). Conclusion The college students who contracted with HUA and hypertension have a high prevalence rate, metabolism disorder of blood lipid is mutual pathogentic foundation of hypertension and hyperuricaemia, rising SUA and hypertension have close related with atherosclerosis disease's occurrence development ......
