【摘要】 目的 探讨内隐成就动机、外显成就动机与抑郁的关系及自我决定的中介作用，为大学生心理健康促进研究提供依据。方法 随机抽取78名大学生进行内隐联想测验，同时填答了成就动机量表、自我决定量表和自评抑郁量表。结果 外显成就动机与抑郁呈显著负相关(r=-0.371，P<0.01)，而内隐成就动机与抑郁无相关性。内隐成就动机调节了外显成就动机与抑郁的关系。在高内隐成就动机个体中，外显成就动机对抑郁有显著负向预测作用(β=-0.626，t=-4.127，P<0.01)；在低内隐成就动机个体中，外显成就动机对抑郁的预测作用不显著(β=-0.115，t=-0.760，P=0.450)。自我决定在成就动机不一致对抑郁的预测效应中起着部分中介作用。结论 内隐成就动机调节了外显成就动机与抑郁的关系，自我决定在成就动机不一致与抑郁的关系中有着部分中介效应。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between implicit/explicit achievement motives and depression, and also the mediating effects of self-determination, to provide evidence for mental health. MethodsSeventy-eight college students were asked to complete Achievement Motivation Scale, Self-determination Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale. Their implicit achievement motive was measured by Implicit Association Test (IAT). Results Explicit achievement motive correlated negatively significantly to depression(r=-0.371, P<0.01). Yet the implicit achievement motive showed insignificantly influence on depression. The relationship between explicit achievement motive and depression was regulated by implicit achievement motive. Among people with high implicit achievement motive, explicit achievement motive negatively significantly predicted the depression(β=-0.626,t=-4.127, P<0.01); among people with low implicit achievement motive, explicit achievement motive had no significant prediction to depression(β=-0.115, t=-0.760,P=0.450). Self-determination partially mediated the impact of achievement motive incongruence on depression. ConclusionImplicit achievement motive regulates the relationship between explicit achievement motive and depression, and the relationship between achievement motive incongruence and depression is partially mediated by self-determination ......
