【摘要】 目的 了解北京市城区中学生考试焦虑的状况与其影响因素,为开展减压辅导等干预工作提供参考。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法,应用中学生考试焦虑诊断测验、学习动机诊断测验量表、考试行为困扰量表和在校心理适应能力测验对北京市622名中学生进行匿名网络调查。结果 中学生焦虑水平的平均得分为(36.1±9.7)分,其中处于镇定水平的学生占总体的29.4%,轻度焦虑为47.6%,中度焦虑为19.8%,重度焦虑为3.2%;考试焦虑程度在性别、初高中之间以及在重点校与非重点校之间差异均无统计学意义。多元逐步回归分析显示,个人因素、家庭因素以及与考试相关的14个变量与中学生考试焦虑程度相关。通过路径分析发现,适应能力、学习动机、考试技巧为考试焦虑的直接影响因素,家庭因素为间接影响因素。结论 在干预焦虑水平的同时,应该多与学生家长沟通,从而降低焦虑水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of examination-induced anxious among the high school students in the urban city, and to provide evidence for prevention measures. Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for investigations related examination-induced anxious and relative factors among 622 high school students from Beijing by using stratified and cluster sampling method. ResultsThe average level of anxious examination was (36.1±9.7), without significant differences between boys and girls. Among the students, 29.4% people were stabilization, 47.6% were light, 19.8% were middle and 3.2% were serious. The difference of exam anxiety level in the sex, and between junior and senior high schools,as well as between in the key school and the non-focus school was not significant. Including personal factors, family factors and the factors associated with the examination and so on 14 variables entered into the regression equation. Path analysis revealed that, adaptability, motivation, test skill were direct influence factors of exam anxiety,family factors are indirect factors. Conclusion In the intervention of anxiety level, should be done to communicate more with parents, thereby reducing the anxiety level of the examination.

中学生的考试焦虑是由多种因素相互作用形成的,其焦虑水平也受多方面因素的制约,影响因素包括自身、家庭和学校环境等方面[1]。本文旨在分析中学生考试焦虑的影响因素特点以及各影响因素之间的关系,为维护和增进中学生的心理健康提供科学依据。
1 对象与方法
