    摘 要 水合氯醛是一种安全有效的镇静催眠药，患者在服药后通常可快速镇静或入睡，在儿童镇静方面具有较大的临床价值和现实需求。但由于水合氯醛本身的性质及环境温度、光线等各种因素对其稳定性的影响，水合氯醛相关制剂仍多以医院制剂的形式应用于临床，因此开发单剂量﹑长效期并能进行自动化大批量生产的水合氯醛制剂，是其后续开发的前景和目标。基于此，本研究通过检索中英文数据库，收集有关水合氯醛各种制剂及其临床应用的相关文献，并进行了综述。
