胸部X线常规检查技术及防护
【摘要】X线是德国物理学家伦琴在1895年发现的,X线的产生是依靠超高速运行的电子流撞击物质突然受阻,从而产生波长较短的电磁波,目前诊断常用的波长范围约为0.008-0.031nm(相当于40-150kv)。临床利用了X线的穿透性、荧光效应、摄影效应、电离效应等物理特性及其生物效应进行相应的检查及放射治疗。胸部的常规X线检查包括透视及摄片,当X线穿过胸部时,由于人体各组织对X线吸收的差别,在荧光屏或者胶片上产生对比影像,从而为呼吸系统疾病X线诊断创造了有利的条件,因此呼吸系统疾病应用X线检查较其他系统疾病普遍。本文就胸部常规X线检查方法及相应的防护进行简单阐述。【关键词】X线; 透视; 摄片; 防护
Chest X-ray examination technology and its protection
【Abstract】X is a German physicist roentgen discovered in 1895, ray is generated by the super high speed impact material flow of electrons suddenly blocked, resulting in shorter wavelengths of electromagnetic wave, current diagnosis commonly used wavelength range of about 0.008-0.031nm ( equivalent to 40-150kv ). Clinical use of X ray penetrating, fluorescence effect, photography effect, ionization effect and other physical characteristics and biological effects of corresponding examination and radiotherapy. Chest routine X-ray examination including fluoroscopy and radiography, when ray across the chest, because the body of X-ray absorption difference, the phosphor screen or film to produce contrast image, and respiratory system diseases diagnosis has created favorable conditions, so the application of X-ray examination of respiratory disease than other system disease generally. In this paper, the routine chest X-ray examination method and the corresponding protection has carried on the simple elaboration. ......
