【摘要】 神经生长因子是最早发现的神经细胞生长因子。 70 年代确定了它的氨基酸组成及顺序, 成为目前唯一被阐明结构的神经细胞生长因子, 它兼有神经元营养和促突起生长的双重效应, 对神经元的生长、发育、分化及再生和功能性表达均具有重要的调控作用。
