【摘要】介绍裴正学教授治疗消化性溃疡以病症结合，审因论治，重视胃气，扶正固本，擅用活血化瘀为其治疗特点，临床辨证施治需分清虚、实、寒、热，以益气健脾、疏肝和胃、活血化瘀为主要治则，并对三则验案加以分析。
