【摘要】目的:对PICC患者实施全程的健康教育，提高自我护理能力，延长导管的使用期。方法:回顾性分析本院2009 年1月至2011年12 月PICC 置管患者 282 例.所有患者从入院至出院均接受专人、全程计划性的健康教育。结果:导管留置时间为58d-425d，平均 257.8d。患者健康教育覆盖率为100%；满意度为98%。结论:有效的健康教育，可显著降低并发症的发生率，延长导管留置时间，确保护理安全。

    【Abstract】Objective: the PICC patients throughout the implementation of the health education, improve the self-care ability, extend the catheter use period. Methods: a retrospective analysis of the hospital from 2009January to 2011December PICC tube in 282 patients. All patients from admission to discharge was accepted in person, the whole plan of health education. Results: the catheter indwelling time was58d-425d, the average 257.8d. Health education for patients with coverage of 100%; degree of satisfaction 98%. Conclusion: effective health education, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, lengthen ductal indwelling time, to ensure the safety of nursing care. ......
