【摘要】目的：针对目前病案档案管理的现状，使人们认识到病案档案管理工作的重要性。方法：将医院病案档案管理的现状进行归类和分析，探讨解决问题的对策。结果：改进了病案档案管理质量，减少不必要的医疗纠份。结论：只有严格的病案档案管理制度，才能使病案档案管理工作不断提高。
