温馨助产护理干预应用于产科中的价值分析

【摘要】目的：分析探讨温馨助产护理干预在产科中的应用价值分析。方法：选取2012年9月-2013年12月在我院接受产科护理的96例患者，将其按照年龄、病情等随机分为对照组和试验组两组，每组患者48例。对照患者采用常规护理方式，试验组患者在常规护理基础上给予温馨助产护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果：试验组患者的产程时间明显短于对照组患者，试验组患者的护理满意度较对照组患者高，试验组患者的产后出血率较对照组患者低，两组患者比较差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05).讨论：产科中应用温馨助产护理可以有效缩短患者产程，提高患者的护理工作满意度，降低患者的产后出血率，值得在临床推广应用。

【Abstract】objective: to analysis to investigate the value of sweet and obstetric nursing intervention in obstetrics. Methods: to choose in September, 2012 - December 2013 96 cases of obstetric care in our hospital patients, its according to age, disease were randomly divided into two groups, control group and test group 48 cases in each group. Control patients with normal nursing way, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing in patients with obstetric nursing intervention to give warmth, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.
