【摘要】目的探讨临时心脏起搏器在心脏疾病患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法 回顾为34例外科心动过缓、房室传导阻滞者在术前置入临时心脏起搏器。结果 置入临时心脏起搏器后所有患者均顺利完成麻醉和外科手术。结论 为心动过缓、房室传导阻滞者在行外科手术前置入临时心脏起搏器，不仅可提高麻醉、手术的安全性，也能降低围手术期严重心律失常和心源性猝死的发生率。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the application value of temporary cardiac pacemaker during operation period of Wei heart disease patients. Methods 34 cases of surgery for Heartbeat bradycardia, atrioventricular block in patients who lead into temporary cardiac pacemaker. Results the placement of temporary cardiac pacemaker after all patients were successfully completed surgery, anesthesia and operation. Conclusion Heartbeat bradycardia, A-V block in the surgical operation front into temporary pacemaker, not only can improve the safety of anesthesia, operation, also can reduce the perioperative incidence of serious cardiac arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death during operation. ......
