【摘要】目的 探讨风险管理在预防骨科手术后老年置管患者管道滑脱中的作用。方法 选择常规护理的骨科手术后老年置管患者200 例作为对照组，以采用风险管理的骨科手术后老年置管患者200例作为观察组，比较两组的管道滑脱情况。结果 观察组的尿管、腰部引流管及深静脉置管滑脱率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 对骨科手术后老年置管患者采用风险管理能提高护士管道护理水平，有效地降低管道不良事件的发生。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the effect of risk management in the prevention of catheter slippage in elderly patients with catheter after orthopaedic surgery.Methods:400 elderly patients with catheter after orthopaedic surgery were randomly divided into two groups. 200 patients in the observation group took risk management; the other 200 patients in the control group took routine nursing. Compare the rate of catheter slippage in two groups.Result: rate of ureter、Lumbar drainage tube and deep vein catheterization slippage in observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: For elderly patients with catheter after orthopaedic surgery using risk management can improve the catheter care ability of nurses, and effectively reducethe occurrence of catheter care adverse events ......
