【摘要】 目的: 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒的急救中应用解毒剂、复能剂与积极的护理措施对抢救成功率的影响。方法：回顾性分析我院急诊科52例急性有机磷农药中毒的临床资料。结果:轻、中度中毒者全部治愈，重度中毒患者抢救成功率达96%以上。结论：对口服急性有机磷中毒患者进行及时的抢救与细致的观察与护理至关重要，可明显提高抢救成功率。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discusses the application of emergency treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning antidote, complex agent and the influence of positive nursing measures to rescue the success rate.Methods：Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 52 cases of acute organophosphoru spesticide poisoning.Results:Light,moderate poisoning all cured, severe poisoning patients rescue success rate over 96%.Conclusion: For acute organophosphate poisoning patients with timely rescue and meticulous observation and nursing is essential, can obviously improve the success rate of rescue.
