【摘要】焦磷酸钙沉积症(CPDD)是发生在关节的局部钙盐沉积导致的关节病，以往多在颈椎、膝关节、腕关节等发生，近年来随着患病人数的增加，发生在颞下颌关节的焦磷酸钙沉积症患者也有出现，并引起容貌上的影响。焦磷酸盐沉积症由于发生机理上的特殊性，在早期诊断上应用影像学或病理学检测其敏感性是很低的，在流行病学调查中也无准确数据证实此病的发病率及治愈率，因而往往延误早期治疗。本文对此病做一综合介绍，以方便对此病的进一步认识，争取早期诊断及治疗，增加治愈几率。
